    i.  date for initiation and completion of the project

ii. the payment details. (stage wise payment, payment towards materials, etc...)

iii. who will purchase the materials for carrying on the inteirors

e.  go to various shops for purchasing the materials for you to get an idea about the price and to understand the market position. As you can not rely on the designer always.

f.  visiting various shops further give you better ideas of the lights and other interiors that you can further do or ignore for your house.

g.  purchase the products by yourself to avoid unnecessary hassel if the designer purchases a different design.

h.  speak with the plumbers, electricians, civil persons of his team who will be handling your project.
